Methods of sampling are indicated by bold, plain text and italic site numbers: bold − quantitative sampling (10 × natural + 10 × artificial substrate in 2011 and 2012 or 20 × multihabitat-AQEM sampling in 2015), plain − five or ten replicate quantitative samples at different microhabitats, italic – qualitative multihabitat sampling during preliminary field survey in 2011 and 2012 or in 2015.
