Des expérimentations en batch ont fourni les paramètres nécessaires au calage d'un modèle à stock. Une bonne adéquation existe entre la dynamique de population observée et celle prédite. En retour, le modèle donne des indications sur les stocks internes et sur les différences de comportement de l'algue Scenedesmus crassus, vis-à-vis de l'azote et du phosphore.
Abstract
Batch experiments have provided estimates of the paramaters necessary for the calibration of a stock model. The predicted growth rate of a Scenedesmus crassus population agrees with the observed dynamics. Furthermore, the model provides indications on the internal quotas, and on different behaviour associated with nitrogen and phosphorus.
