Review of the Afrotropical genus Neomaruina Vaillant (Diptera, Psychodidae, Psychodinae)

One new species, N. ghanae, is described as the first Neomaruina from West Africa and from the African lowlands, and new material of N. usambarica adds additional character evidence to both the genus' monophyly and existing species borders.
